Hi everyone! Well, it's the end of a long weekend for me and a start of a new week tomorrow. I'm hoping to get a lot accomplished this week, not just at work but at home and on the creative side. We shall see how it all goes! Tomorrow is my Mom's birthday. She's a very special lady in my life and I just don't know what I would do without her. I love her dearly and I wanted to make her a special card that would express my feelings for her but in my own creative way. I decided that I would step out of my comfort zone of die cutting and color a stamp. Never really considered a good artist in this way and I have always been intimidated by it, but I found that it was very therapeutic!!
When I first discovered
Peachy Keen Stamps, I purchased this cute little Natalee stamp but never used it. I decided to make a birthday card for Mom with it and combine it with
My Creative Time Mom, You Rock collection stamp. Here's the final product:
It's a little hard to see, but the card base color is purple and the ink on the sentiment is also purple. Hope you guys enjoy it! God bless!!
