Today we have a fun day for you.  Not only are the new releases being revealed and we are having a blog hop, but there is a fun sketch challenge that you can join us all in.  The challenge is to use the sketch below and it's being sponsored by The Greeting Farm.  The prize is winner's choice of 4x6 set.  What an awesome prize to win!!

Here is my interpretation of the sketch using Crafty Sprouts' Let's Go Blog Hopping stamp set:

I used Erin Lee Creative's My Favorite Things stack (the scissor paper was perfect for a crafting theme!),  Martha Stewart's double loop punch, My Creative Time's scalloped and stitch circle die set, Stamping Anya from The Greeting Farm and I added a little bling in different colors.  I have a feeling that I will be using Stamping Anya quite a bit along with Crafty Sprouts' Let's Go Blog Hopping stamp set!!!  She's actually on clearance for $4, so you may want to check her out to use with your new Let's Go Blog Hopping stamp set!!!

Crafty Sprouts' 2nd Release

Now on to your next step the most talented Raven from Love4Stamps.  Have a great weekend!

Happy Birthday to my Baby Girl!

Happy Hump Day everyone! Today is a very special day in my family.  14 years ago today, my first born arrived.  This event changed my life forever.  I no longer worried about just me, but I worried about a little new life, a little new life that I knew I would be responsible for for the rest of my life.  She was beautiful, healthy and perfect and still is.  She has brought so much joy to my life and I'm really proud of the young lady that she's becoming.  She will be starting high school in the fall and I know she will just be successful at anything she does.

Elizabeth... you will always be my baby girl (and my Rockstar) and I will always love you!!!!

I made her this cute little card and it reflects her in so many ways because she always takes the cake!! She's so funny all the time and always wants to make people smile.  She's just a true beauty (but heck... I'm biased!)

I used Martha Steward paper and Pink by Design sentiment from the You Take the Cake collection. I hope everyone has a beautiful day!!! God bless!

Scrappin' with my Bug Birthday Blog Hop

Welcome to Scrappin' with my Bug's birthday blog hop!!!  I am so happy to be a part of this hop!Michelle is an extremely talented lady who has taught me so much.  When I look at her projects I feel inspire.  It's definitely great that so many ladies have gotten together to creatively celebrate her birthday! Thanks for inviting me Michelle!!! :)

You should have arrived here from Jenny's blog and if you happen to stumble upon my blog, you can go to Michelle's blog to start the hop.  You don't want to miss any of the wonderful projects!

The them for this blog hop was to use any one or more of Michelle's favorite things.  I decided to use a Greeting Farm stamp and Pink by Design stamps. Believe me, she had a very long list, but I decided to stick with just two things! ;-)

I made this shadowbox as a gift to Michelle since she loooooves sweets so much!!! (SURPRISE MICHELLE!!!). I used the Cupcake Anya digi stamp from Greeting farms and colored it with my prismacolor pencils (yes... I'm cheating on my cricut!).  I also used a couple of the stamps from Pink by Design's A Cupcake for You stamp of the month collection.  The cupcake inside the frame is from this stamp set as well as the sentiment.  Both papers inside the frame are from a Martha Steward.

I used zapdots to give the images dimension

I used this sheet from a Martha Steward cardstock stack and
cut each of the cupcakes to glue to the outside of the frame.

Here's the card I made for Michelle:

I used another paper from Martha Steward to cut out the front image for the card.
I am just loving this Martha Steward birthday collection!!!!

The inside of the card is stamped from a sentiment from the
PBD A Cupcake for You collection.

Now what's a blog without blog candy!!! I am giving away this cute Crazy Daisy background stamp from Pink by Design to one lucky winner.

All you have to do is be a follower on my blog and leave a comment below. Don't forget to wish the birthday girl a very happy birthday!  That's it!!!  Now head on over to the fabulous Theresa's blog.  I hope everyone has a beautiful day and God bless!!!
