A Little Sunshine

Good morning everybody! I'm here with a Link Up For Pink post and I'm so happy to be featuring one of sponsors we have for the LUFP event in October! I made this card with Paper Makeup Stamps, Jen's Sunshine.  This set was created specifically for one of their design team members who is now battling cancer.  All proceeds from this set will go directly to her family.

Link Up For Pink Challenge #5

Welcome to another Link Up For Pink Challenge! This week's challenge is being sponsored by Paper Makeup Stamps.  We are also using a beautiful sketch created by our very own fearless leader Yolie:

Isn't it beautiful?!?!  Here is my take on the sketch:

To create this card I used Paper Makup Stamps' Rose Fairy, Jaded Blossom's sentiment from the simply sayings stamp set and 3 Girl JAM goblin green crinkle ribbon.  The cardstock was from DCWV Preppy Princess stack and some additional scraps.  I colored the image with promarkers.

So here's a little information for this week:  There will be Estimated:

New cases:  226,870 (female) and 2,190 (male)

Deaths: 39,510 (female) and 410 (male)

How alarming are these numbers?  I sure hope that you ladies are being very proactive in getting your boobies checked monthly at home and yearly at the doctor's office.   Early detection is the key!
