March Holiday Blog Hop with Lovebug Creations!

Welcome to the very first Lovebug Creations March Holiday Blog Hop! If you have arrived here from sweet Martha's blog you are in the right place.  If you just happened to stop by for a visit, you may want to start the blog hop at Lovebug Creations.  There are some awesome projects and you don't want to miss any of them.

We are all showcasing some March holiday projects.  I have chosen to do Easter.  Being a Christian, I just can't go without expressing how thankful I am that Jesus Christ died on the cross for yours and my sins and three days later rose from the dead to give us all eternal life! Is definitely one of my favorite holidays, right along side Christmas! :)

For my project I made this cute little jelly bean treat box.
the box is a 3 division box from the silhouette online store

I used the edged Eyes of Blue rumple ribbon.  This ribbon has a
cream base and is edged with Eyes of Blue color.

I also used the edged ribbon on the tag.   I love the edging effect on these ribbons!! I added a little
blue hemp twine to it as well.

The tag and die are both from Jaded Blossom.  The die is the treat tag die
and the sentiment is from the Simply Blessings stamp set.   I really love this
stamp set and the Jelly Bean Prayer is perfect for Easter!

And this is the inside! I used the solid Eyes of Blue and Green Goddess, which is also from the new collection. I simply put the jelly beans in a small plastic treat bag and wrapped it with the beautiful rumple ribbon from the Lovebug Creations Store.

What's a blog hop without some blog candy?  The winner will get their choice of 2 colors from the newly released collection.  In order to be eligible, you must follow everyone's blog and comment on everyone's post. If you follow me by email, please be sure to be a follower of the blog in case you are the lucky winner, we can confirm the information easily!  Offer is only available to those in the U.S. (sorry to our international fans!)

I hope you enjoyed my sweet little project.  Now on to your next stop, the fabulous and talented Tanya!

I'm a Sucker For You Valentine!

Happy Valentine's day my crafty peeps! I wanted to share this cute little lollipop holders I made for my son's class.  The red ones are for the girls and the green one will be for the boys.  I used Lovebug Creations rumple ribbon in chocolate covered berries for the red and olive you for the green.  I just love the edging on the chocolate covered berries ribbon!  It just adds a little extra to any project!  I thought it was so cute because my son is 9 years old and he picked out the sentiments to use separately for the girls and the boys.  He's definitely a ladies man! LOL.

My photography skills are lacking, but you can see the edging a little bit better on the picture below.

I also used products from my My Creative Time:
Stitched Lollipop holder
Scalloped and stitched circle die
Stitched hearts layering dies
Classmate Valentines stamp set

Thanks for stopping by! I wish all of you a beautiful valentine's day!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Good morning everyone!  I wanted to share these quick easy treats I made for valentine's day.  I used the Lovebug Creations valentine's collections red hot lover and yummy rumple ribbon and embellished with a cute heart bling.  I also used the print and cut feature on my Cameo and personalized them for each child.  These were specifically for girls and I figures a big tag for a long plastic wand would be really cute for them to have.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a beautiful day!
