March Holiday Blog Hop with Lovebug Creations!

Welcome to the very first Lovebug Creations March Holiday Blog Hop! If you have arrived here from sweet Martha's blog you are in the right place.  If you just happened to stop by for a visit, you may want to start the blog hop at Lovebug Creations.  There are some awesome projects and you don't want to miss any of them.

We are all showcasing some March holiday projects.  I have chosen to do Easter.  Being a Christian, I just can't go without expressing how thankful I am that Jesus Christ died on the cross for yours and my sins and three days later rose from the dead to give us all eternal life! Is definitely one of my favorite holidays, right along side Christmas! :)

For my project I made this cute little jelly bean treat box.
the box is a 3 division box from the silhouette online store

I used the edged Eyes of Blue rumple ribbon.  This ribbon has a
cream base and is edged with Eyes of Blue color.

I also used the edged ribbon on the tag.   I love the edging effect on these ribbons!! I added a little
blue hemp twine to it as well.

The tag and die are both from Jaded Blossom.  The die is the treat tag die
and the sentiment is from the Simply Blessings stamp set.   I really love this
stamp set and the Jelly Bean Prayer is perfect for Easter!

And this is the inside! I used the solid Eyes of Blue and Green Goddess, which is also from the new collection. I simply put the jelly beans in a small plastic treat bag and wrapped it with the beautiful rumple ribbon from the Lovebug Creations Store.

What's a blog hop without some blog candy?  The winner will get their choice of 2 colors from the newly released collection.  In order to be eligible, you must follow everyone's blog and comment on everyone's post. If you follow me by email, please be sure to be a follower of the blog in case you are the lucky winner, we can confirm the information easily!  Offer is only available to those in the U.S. (sorry to our international fans!)

I hope you enjoyed my sweet little project.  Now on to your next stop, the fabulous and talented Tanya!

Zeni, your treat box is so clever and lovely - not only did you use Rumple Ribbon on the outside, but you did something, few would think to do (myself included), you designed with the colors on the inside - too clever! I love the sentiment too. TFS and being a part of the LBC CT.

Now I'm hungry for jelly beans. First it's peanut butter, my waist will never be the same.
I love your cute little treat box, it's very colorful and useful. Even after Easter I'm sure I could find something to put in it.
